888-384-7876 just called our business. Caller ID came up as "800 Service". Unfortunately in our line of business we have to answer these calls as some are insurance companies, law firms, extended warranties, etc. This time it was a SCAM. The male caller was rude as can be and demanded to speak to the owner. When pressed for who was calling, he said his name was John and he was calling from AppStar Financial and that the owner would be expecting his call. That's BS. We've never heard of this company, we've never dealt with this company, and the owner has no clue who they are. When we once again asked "How may we help you?", he responded with "If you're not the owner, then you f'in can't!" and hung up on us. We'll be reporting the call as harassment and blocking the number.

Caller calls in asking for the owner of the company. When I answer the phone as County Airport she cannot take the hint. Who actually falls for this crap? I have to answer the phone 24/7 and take these calls. I label them all BS in the phone in case they call back. I promptly ignore the call, especially when I am with a customer.

Called and asked if I was the owner, told them no and they asked to speak to the owner. I asked who was calling and the lady said "Loli from Appstar". Put her on hold and she hung up.
